今天是太陽花學運周年，台灣這一年來發生了不少事情，這場學運也被視為是國民黨九合一挫敗關鍵之一，有綠營立委認為，國民黨還是在跟主流民意逆勢對抗，跟主流民意對抗政黨，路會越走越窄。
民進黨籍立委吳秉叡今(18)天接受本報記者訪問時說，學運影響很全面，最重要是讓年輕人關心公眾議題然後關心台灣社會，這個影響對台灣才是長久的重大改變的地方。
他說，對於學運提出的議題，包括強化立法機關也就是國會監督職能，立委應切身反省，是不是多數黨挾持民意？對於同黨主政採取放任或是自我矮化成為立法局，這可能是引起憲政結構發生重大衝突的原因。
吳秉叡說，有關這一點，無論將來誰執政，千萬要記得，立法機關監督職能要加強，也要兼顧民意，要能變得更明確，才能讓社會衝突消弭，繼續往前走。
對於國民黨是否因學運造成節節挫敗，吳秉叡認為，有關，但最大的關係是國民黨不了解學運代表的真正民意，以及學運要表達的意涵，國民黨還是在跟主流民意逆勢對抗，跟主流民意對抗的政黨，路會越走越窄。
